The Jakarta EE 11 certification was achieved by successfully passing the Jakarta EE Technology Compatibility Kit (TCK), also referred to as the Compatibility Test Suite (CTS). This verifies that an implementation conforms to the Jakarta EE specifications across all profiles.

Currently, Jakarta EE 11 certification is available in the Payara Platform Community Edition, specifically in the 7 Beta release. This gives our community an early opportunity to explore and adopt the latest Jakarta EE standards. As we move toward the final release of Payara Platform Community 7, we’ll continue refining the platform and working closely with the community to ensure it meets the needs of developers and enterprises worldwide.
We’re also working to extend certification to the Payara Platform Enterprise Edition to bring all the benefits of Jakarta EE 11 to mission-critical workloads. In effect, Payara Platform Enterprise 7 will combine the latest specifications with the reliability, support and stability that Payara Platform Enterprise customers value for applications running in production environments.
